NO CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS OR ARBITRATIONS ARE ALLOWED UNDER THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION. IN ADDITION, ARBITRATION PRECLUDES YOU FROM SUING IN COURT OR HAVING A JURY TRIAL

Membership

The Ariat Insider Program (“Program”) is offered exclusively by Ariat International, Inc.  The Program is available to individuals who make purchases in our Brand Stores and online on our website at ariat.com (“Website”). Points earned from purchases made at our Brand Stores are redeemable online by uploading a valid receipt on ariat.com. At this point, points cannot be awarded or redeemed for purchases made with our retail partners (for a list of retailers, please use this link here). These Program Terms and Conditions form the Agreement between you (“Member” or “you”) and Ariat with respect to the Program. When accessing the Program or the Website, you are also subject to the applicable website terms of use, including the Website Terms of Service. To the extent there are conflicts between this Agreement and the Terms of Service, this Agreement will control.

Members’ Acceptance of Terms

Members participating in the Program agree to be bound by these Program Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, policies, procedures of the Program, including, but not limited to, Ariat’s Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and share information and is incorporated by reference. In the event that there is any conflict among these Program Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, these Terms and Conditions will govern. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program Terms and Conditions. Company reserves the right to disqualify Members who have violated any of the Program Terms and Conditions

These Program Terms and Conditions supersede all previous terms and conditions applicable to the Program. All Program benefits, offers, rewards, and services are subject to availability.

Ariat’s Right to Make Changes or Cancel the Program and Terms

ARIAT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO UPDATE OR MODIFY THESE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. THOSE CHANGES WILL GO INTO EFFECT ON THE LAST UPDATED DATE SHOWN IN THE REVISED PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS. CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING SUCH CHANGES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF CHANGES. FOR THIS REASON, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO REVIEW THE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHENEVER YOU VISIT OUR WEBSITE. 

Ariat may at any time amend, modify, supplement, or terminate the Program, these Program Terms and Conditions, the structure for earning Rewards, or the ability to obtain certain Rewards. If the Program is terminated, all unredeemed Rewards will be forfeited without any obligation or liability and will not be honored upon termination.

General Program Membership and Eligibility 

The Program is a free rewards program open to U.S. residents within the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age, who provide and maintain a valid email address and have an online account at ariat.com. Eligible minors must obtain a parent or legal guardian’s consent. Membership in the Program (“Membership”) is free and optional. No purchase is required to sign up. Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Membership will not be available to corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises or anyone other than an individual, unless written approval is received in advance from Company, in its discretion. Ariat reserves the right to exclude employees of Ariat retail brand partners participating in the Expert Voice program. Membership in the Program includes a variety of benefits made available by Ariat in its sole discretion (“Rewards”). The timing and availability of any Reward is determined by Ariat in its sole discretion.  Ariat may modify eligibility for Membership, Rewards, or any other feature of the Program at any time, and without prior notice, in its sole discretion, except as otherwise set forth in these Program Terms and Conditions or as required by applicable law. 

Enrolling in the Program

You may enroll in the Program at http://www.ariat.com/insider by signing up for an ariat.com account, providing a current, valid working email address and completing a customer profile. Members should ensure that they provide complete and accurate information. Ariat reserves the right to refuse membership to anyone who does not follow the enrollment procedures. Upon enrollment, you will have online access to your account and will be able to manage your profile. This includes tracking your Points accumulations. Members are responsible for ensuring that their profile information remains accurate and updated. It is your responsibility to update your name, address, telephone number, and/or email address. By signing up for this Program, you agree to receive offers, promotions and marketing material including emails from Ariat and our third party marketing partners. You may unsubscribe at any time by selecting “Email Preferences” after logging in to your account at ariat.com.

Membership Termination and Non-Transferability

Your Membership will remain active until terminated, either by Ariat or by you. Ariat reserves the right to terminate your Membership at any time, for any reason or no reason, and at its sole discretion. Any abuse or manipulation of the Program or its Rewards, as determined by Ariat, failure to abide by these Program Terms and Conditions, misrepresentation in your enrollment information or customer profile, may result in the termination of your Membership and/or the deactivation of your account at ariat.com. 

You may cancel your Membership at any time by contacting us by phone at 877-702-7428  or emailing us at member.services@ariat.com. Cancellation may take two to four weeks. Upon cancellation, your Membership will be deactivated, all offers associated with your Membership account will expire immediately, and your account at ariat.com will be deactivated. If you submit a consumer rights request to delete your information with our webform, your account will be deactivated and you will lose your points.

 Your Membership is non-transferable and is subject to present and future Program rules. Neither Program benefits nor Member accounts may be merged, transferred, purchased, sold, assigned, auctioned or traded, including, without limitation, by death or as part of a domestic relations matter. Doing so will void the Member account. Points, Rewards and/or Benefits have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash.

Earning Points

Members will receive Points (“Points”) on their Program account through Eligible Points-Earning Activities (described below) and participation in other special programs and promotional offers that may be announced by Company or its third-party partners from time to time. Please contact member.services@ariat.com for questions related to your Points. Additional terms, requirements and details for earning Points follow:

 

Eligible Purchases: Purchases of full-priced merchandise and/or services (after promotional offers have been applied, before taxes and shipping charges have been applied and minus returns, refunds or credit adjustments, rounded to the nearest dollar) made at  participating Ariat Brand Stores in the United States or online at ariat.com and shipping to the 50 United States and District of Columbia count toward Points accrual. Sale or clearance items do not qualify for Points. For Points to accrue, Eligible Purchases must be made while using Member’s Ariat Insider email address and logged into their account. 

 

Unless otherwise stated by Company in a promotional offer, Members will receive one Point for each one dollar ($1 USD) of Eligible Purchases at a participating Ariat Brand Store or on ariat.com (in all instances, number of Points earned subject to change; check back here for details).

 

200 Points are worth $10 in Rewards. Rewards will be available at checkout to redeem. Rewards are redeemable in $10 increments.

Exclusions from Eligible Purchases: Points will not be awarded on the purchase of gift cards, or unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchases. The amount of a purchase made with Rewards or Points, as the method of payment will not be applied to Member Point accrual. Points will not be awarded if, in Ariat’s reasonable opinion, the merchandise or services purchased will be used for resale or commercial use and any Points awarded on such purchases will be forfeited. Additional items may be excluded from Point accumulation at Ariat’s sole discretion.

 

Identification at Transaction: Members must identify themselves with their applicable Member account email address to receive Points or Rewards for Eligible Purchases made at participating Ariat Brand Stores and on ariat.com. Specifically, Member must provide the email address associated with his/her Membership to the cashier at a participating Ariat Brand Store or sign into their online account before checkout for online transactions on ariat.com in order to receive or use Points or Rewards.

Processing of Points: Points accumulated through Eligible Purchases will be processed and awarded to the Member’s account no later than  fourteen (14) days after the purchase made on ariat.com is shipped.

 

Promotional OffersOther special programs and promotional offers for earning Points may be made by Ariat, its agents or third-party partners from time to time in Ariat’s discretion. Such offers will also be subject to the terms and conditions specified in the promotional offer.

 

Point Balance: Members may view their Point balance at any time by visiting their Member account page. Rewards may only be redeemed once, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be used to purchase Ariat gift cards.

 

ExpirationAll Points, except for those awarded for Birthdays, expire after twelve (12) months. Points will be awarded to your account on the date of your birthday. There will be a limit of one birthday award per person per year. Birthday reward points will expire thirty-one (31) days after issuance.

 

Additional Points Provisions: When making purchases, Points are rounded down or up depending on remaining cents (i.e. $10.30 = 10 Points; $10.50 = 11 Points; $10.78 = 11 Points). You can earn up to 2500 points per calendar year. Points earned in excess of 2500, do not roll over and cannot be used for Rewards. 

You may redeem a maximum of $100 (2000 Points) per transaction.  

Point Earning Activities and Other Benefits 

Welcome Bonus Points

Earn a one hundred (100) Points when you join Ariat Insider. Offer valid only for new subscribers. Excludes discounted products & can't be combined with other offers. Void where prohibited, taxed, or otherwise restricted. US orders only. 

Bonus Point Promotion Days

Members can earn bonus Points on Bonus Point Promotion Days. The amount of Points rewarded and the  Promotion Days will be announced via Ariat Insider emails. Bonus Points are available only on specified Bonus Point Promotion Days and will not be awarded on other days.

Follow Us On Social Media

Members can earn bonus Points after following us on Social Media (this includes following us on Tik Tok, Instagram, Meta/Facebook, X/Twitter, and Pinterest). Once you follow us, Points will be awarded  within twenty four (24) hours. 25 Points will be awarded per follow.

Write a Review

Members will earn twenty-five (25) Points per review on ariat.com for a maximum of four (4) reviews in a calendar year. 

Bonus Points After Four Purchases

Members can earn two hundred (200)  bonus Points after making four (4) qualifying purchases. Qualifying purchases must be in excess of one hundred and fifty ($150) dollars each before taxes/shipping/promotions are applied. The purchases must be made within one calendar year. These Points will be awarded once per year.

Complete your Profile

Members can earn fifty (50) bonus Points after completing their profile information in their account. Upon completing a user profile, points will be awarded within twenty four (24) hours.

SMS Subscription

Members can earn fifty (50) bonus Points after signing up for our marketing text messages per phone number enrolled. Phone numbers that subscribe after it has been unsubscribed will not be eligible for bonus points. After enrolling in our texting program, Points will be awarded within twenty four (24) hours.

Refer-A-Friend

Members can earn two hundred (200)  Points after referring a friend to the Insider Program. The referred person must make a purchase to receive two hundred (200) Points. Points will be awarded within twenty four (24) hours.

Receipt Upload at Ariat Brand Stores

One Point will be awarded for every dollar spent on qualifying Ariat products in store. Only one receipt may be uploaded and submitted for each transaction. If the same receipt is uploaded multiple times, you will only earn Points for the first uploaded receipt, in Ariat’s discretion. To earn Points, the receipt must include the receipt number, the product IDs, the date of purchase, and the location of purchase. Purchases from third party resellers are not eligible and will not earn any Points. Receipt for purchases made before September 15, 2025 are not eligible for Points. Purchases made on ariat.com will be automatically added to your account and do not require receipt upload. Points will appear in your account within 14 days after your receipt has been approved. 

Free Shipping

Membership includes free shipping within the United States on qualifying online purchases. To receive free shipping, you must be logged into your Ariat Insider account when checking out. No adjustments will be made to prior purchases.

Free Returns 

Membership includes free online returns in the United States on qualifying online purchases. To receive free returns, the item must have been purchased using your email address enrolled in the Program and associated with your active account at ariat.com. No adjustments will be made to prior returns. 

Early Access

Membership includes early access to certain promotions and launches on ariat.com if you are subscribed to Ariat’s email list. Announcements for certain sales and new products will be sent via email or SMS.

Birthday Award

Membership includes a birthday award, where individuals will receive five dollars ($5) in Points each year. In order to receive your birthday coupon you must be enrolled in the Program before the month of your birthday and provide your birth month and day. Points will be awarded to your account on the date of your birthday. There will be a limit of one birthday award per person per year. Birthday reward points will expire thirty-one (31) days after issuance. 

Military & First Response Special Pricing

Log in or join Ariat Insider by selecting either of the black buttons at the top of the page. Follow the prompts to sign in or complete your Ariat Insider account. Within your Ariat Insider Account page, select Military or First Responder 10% Get Verified. Complete your verification process through SheerID. If not instantly verified, you will be contacted via email with your eligibility status. We partner with SheerID for verification of eligibility and SheerID does not store documents or images uploaded to their system. Click here to read SheerID’s full privacy policy. Returns

Items must be returned according to Ariat’s return policy. A Reward may only be used once. If you return and/or exchange an item, your Points and any Reward used will be returned to you. Refunds will be processed in the manner in which the purchase was made. If a purchase was made using a credit card and Reward Points, the refund will first go to your credit card and the Points and/or Rewards used will be refunded last.  If your order is cancelled due to Ariat’s error, your Points will be returned within fifteen (15) days.  If you do not see your Points in your account within fifteen (15) days, or if you decide to keep your item, please contact Customer Service to have the Points reinstated. Member Communications

Communications about the Program, including changes to these Program Terms and Conditions, may be sent by Ariat to your email address enrolled in the Program, via SMS messaging, or posted at ariat.com. For questions, or to contact Ariat  about the Program, please contact us by phone at 877-702-7428 or by email at member.services@ariat.com. We may send out personalized emails based on your points. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving marketing or promotional communications, Ariat may continue to send you non-marketing or non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or your purchases.

Right to Revoke

Ariat reserves the right to revoke your Membership, your Points, and/or Rewards if we determine that you received them through error, fraud or deception, or in any manner not authorized.

Opt Out

Your participation in our Program is voluntary and you may withdraw at any time. You may opt-out of the Program at any time by clicking the “opt-out” link in emails you receive from Ariat. You may also opt out if you click here 

 

Please note that requests to opt out of the Ariat Insider membership program may take up to 30 days to become effective.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARIAT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION OR MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF CHANGES TO OR TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAM. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, INCOME OR PROFIT, LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LIMITATIONS ON ARIAT'S LIABILITY SET FORTH HEREIN SHALL APPLY WHETHER FOR BREACH OR REPUDIATION OF CONTRACT, OR WHETHER IN TORT, CIVIL LIABILITY BY WAY OF NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU WILLINGLY AGREE (OR, IF YOU ARE A MINOR, YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN WILLINGLY AGREES) THAT YOU HAVE RELINQUISHED YOUR RIGHT TO SEEK THESE DAMAGES FROM ARIAT AND THAT THIS IS A REASONABLE ALLOCATION OF RISK. 

Dispute Resolution

You and Ariat agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Program Terms and Conditions or to your participation in the Program (collectively “Disputes”) will be settled by binding arbitration, except that each party retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party’s copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights. You acknowledge and agree that you and Ariat each are waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate as a plaintiff as a class member in any class action proceeding. Further, unless you and Ariat agree otherwise in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form class action proceeding. If this specific paragraph is held unenforceable, then the entirety of this “Dispute Resolution” section will be deemed void. Except as provided in the preceding sentence, this “Dispute Resolution” section will survive any termination of the agreement contained in these Terms.

Arbitration Rules and Governing Law. 

The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules and the Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes (the "AAA Rules") then in effect, except as modified by this "Dispute Resolution" section. (The AAA Rules are available at http://www.adr.org or by calling the AA at 1-800-778-7879). The Federal Arbitration Act will govern the interpretation of this section.

Arbitration Process. 

A party who desires to initiate the arbitration must provide the other party with a written Demand for Arbitration as specified in the AAA Rules. The arbitrator will be either a retired judge or an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of California and will be selected by the parties from the AAA’s roster of consumer dispute arbitrators. If the parties are unable to agree upon an arbitrator within 7 days of delivery of the Demand for Arbitration, then the AAA will appoint the arbitrator in accordance with AAA Rules.

Arbitration Location and Procedure. 

Unless you and Ariat agree otherwise, the arbitration will be conducted in Alameda County, California. If your claim does not exceed $10,000, then the arbitration will be conducted solely on the basis of documents you and Ariat submit to the arbitrator, unless you request a hearing and the arbitrator then determines that a hearing is necessary. If your claim exceeds $10,000, your right to a hearing will be determined by AAA Rules. Subject to AAA Rules, the arbitrator will have the discretion to direct a reasonable exchange of information by the parties, consistent with the expedited nature of the arbitration.

Arbitrator’s Decision.

The arbitrator will render an award within the timeframe specified in the AAA Rules. The arbitrator’s decision will include the essential findings and conclusions upon which the arbitrator based the award. Judgment on the arbitration may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Any award of damages by an arbitrator must be consistent with the “Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability” section above. The arbitrator may award declaratory or injunctive relief in favor of the claimant only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by the claimant’s individual claim.

Fees. 

Your responsibility to pay any AAA filing, administrative and arbitrator fees will be as set forth in the AAA Rules.

Miscellaneous

You acknowledge and agree that all Rewards are delivered to you under this Program without payment of any fee or other consideration whatsoever. All Rewards are promotional in nature and are not paid for by you, they are subject to an expiration date and/or forfeiture under certain circumstances, including when merchandise is returned. You do not own any right, title, or interest in any Reward. The Program is void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Please review these Program Terms and Conditions carefully and contact customer service if you have any questions.

These Program Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law rules. You further expressly consent and agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of a court of competent jurisdiction located in Alameda County, California.


FAQ Changes

Does Ariat offer free shipping?

Ariat offers free ground shipping on all domestic orders to Ariat Insider Members, which everyone is eligible to sign up for. 

Non-Members get free ground shipping on all domestic orders over $100, and for orders under $100, the shipping cost is $6. This will automatically be indicated in your order total at checkout. Expedited shipping options are available for the lower 48 states. Cost will be displayed at checkout.

Where does Ariat ship its products?

Ariat ships to all 50 states as well as to Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally.

What is Ariat’s return policy?

Ariat.com offers free returns within 90 days of purchase for U.S. orders only. You can access our complete Return Policy here.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt at our warehouse for your return credit to be processed to the original form of payment. You can check the status of your return here.
