What is GlobalE?

GlobalE is a groundbreaking global ecommerce solution that allows us to present our international shoppers with product prices in the currency of their choice. They are able to handle duties and tax calculations as well as transit across international borders. 

With GlobalE, we're able to provide the best possible shopping experience to our international customers, so you can always buy from us with confidence.

How do I shop ariat.com with GlobalE?

To use GlobalE, click on the US flag in the navigation menu. The country selector pop-up will allow you to select the country you wish to shop in. All product prices will then appear in the currency of the country you select.

How does international shipping work?

Once you have placed your Ariat order with a GlobalE country selected we pack and ship your order via ground (5-7 days) to the GlobalE warehouse in the US. They take care of any necessary paperwork and ship it to you via the shipping method selected at checkout. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination. Some products may not be eligible to ship to your destination due to vendor restrictions or laws of your country.

Can I return my GlobalE order?

Yes. If you need to return, contact our customer service team to get the process started.

You can return most items purchased at ariat.com with a return label generated by the customer service team. Products should be unworn and still have their tags and original packaging.

  • Products marked final sale are not eligible for returns.
  • Unfortunately, we can't refund shipping charges.
  • No exchanges

Please note: The prepaid return postage is not paid separately; it is deducted from the refund. Return costs are as follows:

Promotion eligibility

All promotions, promo codes, and clearance on Ariat.com are applicable in the US only. GlobalE customers are not eligible to participate in the Ariat Insider loyalty program. 

Can I purchase or use an Ariat giftcard with GlobalE?

Unfortunately, international customers are not able to purchase or redeem Ariat gift cards.
