Does Ariat offer free shipping?

Ariat offers free ground shipping on all domestic orders. This will automatically be indicated in your order total at checkout. Expedited shipping options are available for the lower 48 states. Cost will be displayed at checkout.

Where does Ariat ship its products?

Ariat ships to all 50 states as well as to Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally.

Returns

What is Ariat’s return policy?

Ariat.com offers free returns within 90 days of purchase for U.S. orders only. You can access our complete Return Policy here

How do I return my Ariat.com order?

It’s easy. Have your order number and e-mail address ready and request a return here.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt at our warehouse for your return credit to be processed to the original form of payment. You can check the status of your return here.

Exchanges

Can I exchange my Ariat.com purchase?

For the fastest and most accurate processing of your return and replacement order, we do not process direct exchanges. Instead, you may simply return and re-order in two separate transactions. Domestic returns are easy and free within 90 days of purchase. Learn more about our Return Policy here

How do I use my Ariat gift card?

Redeem your Ariat gift card by entering the card number and pin in the gift card field on the payment page at checkout.

Why do I see multiple charges on my credit card?

We ship orders from multiple warehouses, so you may see multiple charges on your account as products are shipped from our different warehouses.

Order Changes/Cancellations

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

If you notice mistake on your order, there is a 30-minute window where you can cancel your order. The cancel order button is available on the order confirmation page. Additionally, logged in users can find the cancel button in the “My Orders” section of their account and in Order Details. If you checked out as a Guest User click here and enter your order details under “Check an Order” to access the cancel order option. After the 30-minute window has past we are unable to cancel your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your Ariat product, we offer free domestic returns within 90 days of purchase.

If you paid using a credit card or PayPal the authorization will be cancelled. Depending on your bank this may take up to 5 business days. If you paid using Afterpay your initial payment will be refund with in 24 hours. If you paid using an Ariat gift card the funds will be returned to the original gift card.

Promos used on cancelled orders can be reused on a replacement order once the cancellation has been completed.

Where can I find an Ariat promo code?

We offer only one promo code: 10% off when you sign up for Ariat emails. We also offer sales and discounts on certain products throughout the year, which you’ll be the first to find about when you join our e-mail list. Please note that the 10% off promo code cannot be combined with other offers.

Preorder/Backorder Products

From time to time, we offer select products for preorder or backorder. During checkout at the time of purchase, an estimated ship date is displayed at checkout. The product may ship before or after this date. Note that only credit cards can be used to purchase preorder or backorder products. PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay, and Ariat gift cards cannot be used for preorder or backorder products purchases.

How is sales tax calculated for my order?

Sales Tax Holidays

Many taxing jurisdictions require select taxable products to be temporarily exempt from tax on specific dates. However, tax may still be calculated on items if they do not qualify. Tax is not finalized until the date your order ships. This may affect your qualification or participation in tax-exempt sales.

If you are a tax-exempt customer, please place your order on Ariat.com and contact Customer Service immediately after you place the order. After you have provided Customer Service with a copy of your exemption certificate, they will update the order accordingly.

How can I tell if a website is authorized to sell Ariat products?

If you have searched online for Ariat products, chances are you may have come across sites that are advertising what appears to be counterfeit Ariat products. These sites may use the Ariat brand name and look similar to our main website, www.ariat.com, but they are illegal sites. Any Ariat product they offer for sale will most likely be counterfeit and/or unauthorized for resale. To ensure you are receiving genuine, authentic Ariat products, shop Ariat.com or click here to find an authorized retailer. What do I do if I purchased a counterfeit product or did not receive any product after my card was charged?

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Installments by Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest

How do I use Installments by Afterpay?

Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Installments by Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy! .
