Point Earning Activities
Welcome Bonus Points
Earn a one hundred (100) Points when you join Ariat Insider. Offer valid only for new subscribers.
Bonus Point Promotion Days
From time to time, Ariat will run special bonus point promotions. Insiders can earn bonus Points on Bonus Point Promotion Days. The amount of Points awarded and the Promotion Days will be announced via Ariat Insider emails and SMS. Bonus Points are available only on specified Bonus Point Promotion Days and will not be awarded on other days.
Follow on Social Media
Members can earn bonus Points after following us on Social Media (this includes following us on Tik Tok, Instagram, Meta/Facebook, X/Twitter, and Pinterest). Once you follow us, Points will be awarded within twenty four (24) hours. 25 Points will be awarded per follow.
Write A Review
Members will earn twenty-five (25) Points per review on ariat.com for a maximum of four (4) reviews in a calendar year.
4th Purchase Bonus Points
Members can earn two hundred (200) bonus Points after making four qualifying purchases. Qualifying purchases must be in excess of one hundred and fifty ($150) dollars each before taxes/shipping/promotions are applied. The purchases must be made within one calendar year. These Points will be awarded once per year.
Complete Your Profile
Members can earn fifty (50) bonus Points after completing their profile information in their account. Upon completing a user profile, points will be awarded within twenty four (24) hours.
SMS Subscription
Members can earn fifty (50) bonus Points after signing up for our marketing text messages per phone number enrolled. Phone numbers that subscribe after it has been unsubscribed will not be eligible for bonus points. After enrolling in our text program, Points will be awarded within twenty four (24) hours.
Birthday Award
Membership includes a birthday award, where individuals will receive 100 Points each year. In order to receive your birthday Points you must be enrolled in the Program before the month of your birthday and provide your birth month and date. Points will be awarded to your account on your birthday. There will be a limit of one birthday award per person per year. Birthday reward points will expire thirty-one (31) days after issuance.

Free Shipping
Program membership includes free ground shipping within the United States on all online purchases. To receive free shipping, you must be signed into your account at checkout. No adjustments will be made to prior purchases.
Free Returns
Program membership includes free online returns in the United States on all online purchases. To receive free returns, the item(s) must have been purchased using the email address enrolled in the Program and associated with your active account at ariat.com. No adjustments will be made to prior returns.
Early Access
Program membership includes early access to various promotions and launches on ariat.com, if you are subscribed to Ariat’s email list. Announcements for certain sales and new products will be sent via email or SMS.

What is ariat.com's return policy?
You can return most items purchased at ariat.com for free, with a prepaid return label. Free returns apply to domestic purchases that you return within 90 days of purchase.
- Products should be unworn and still have their tags and original packaging
- Products marked final sale are not eligible for returns.
- Unfortunately, we can't refund shipping charges.
- If you made your purchase at an authorized retailer, follow their return policy.
How do I return my ariat.com order?
We make returns as easy as possible. To return one or more items from an order, simply enter your email address and order number here. We'll email you a Return Initiated email with a prepaid shipping label and packing slip to print. Place the packing slip and the items you're returning in a box and tape the shipping label to the outside. Drop the box off at the carrier listed on the shipping label. We will send you a Return Confirmation email as soon as we receive and process your return. Your purchase will be refunded to your credit card or other form of payment within about 14 business days.
How can I track my return?
To track your return, click the link in the Return Initiated email you received when you requested your return. Or, click here and enter your order number and email address.
Where is my refund?
We'll send you a Return Confirmation email as soon as we've processed your return and issued the refund to your original form of payment. From there, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected on your statement. Exact timing depends on the credit card or other company processing the refund. If your original order was paid for using an Ariat gift card, we will email a new gift card in the refund amount to the email address on the order.
Ariat strives to process refunds within the 12-14 business day window. Unfortunately, there may be circumstances that are beyond our control and resources. Processing refunds may be delayed due to a delay in shipments received or holiday surge. For more information, please contact returns@ariat.com.
How do I return multiple items?
When you request a return, you will be able to select the items you wish to return from a single order. When packing that return, please be sure to include only the items you selected when you requested the return. If you request returns for multiple orders, please ship each return separately using the separate packing lists and shipping labels provided. We can't process multiple returns that are shipped in a single box. Any non-Ariat products will be returned to sender.

Order Changes/Cancellations
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Once your order is placed, we work as fast as we can to get it to you. We can't cancel or make any changes to an order once it’s placed. If you're not completely satisfied with your Ariat product, we offer free domestic returns within 90 days of purchase.
Why was my order canceled?
Inventory levels change all the time, so even though we do everything we can to prevent cancellations, they occasionally happen. If your order is canceled, the temporary authorization on your credit card or other form of payment will expire automatically in 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Please check in a few weeks to see if your product is back in stock.

How do I check my order status?

What types of payment does Ariat accept?
We accept domestic credit cards and a variety of online payment forms:
- Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express
- PayPal
- Afterpay
- Apple Pay
- Ariat gift cards
How do I check my Ariat gift card balance?
Check your Ariat gift card balance here. Or call our Customer Service team at 1-800-899-8141.
Why do I see multiple charges on my credit card?
We ship orders from multiple warehouses, so you might see separate charges on your account as the items are shipped from our different warehouses. This doesn't change the total charge for your order.
For credit card purchases there may be an additional $1 as part of the authorization to account for taxes. Taxes at time of checkout is an estimate that is finalized at time of invoice.
Alternative payments
If you pay with a one-time-use credit card from a provider such as Klarna or QuadPay, please contact that provider if you run into any issues, as these providers are not on our list of approved providers.

We sometimes offer select products for preorder or backorder. During checkout at the time of purchase, you'll see an estimated ship date. The product may ship before or after this date.
