Can I exchange my ariat.com purchase for a similar item?

Exchanges for a different size of the same item can be initiated online. If you need to exchange for a different color or a different item, please contact Customer Service.

Through our online exchange process, you’ll order the new size at no charge and get a free return shipping label. After we receive and process your return, we’ll ship your new items and send you a shipping confirmation. Exchanged products will not ship until we have processed your return. Your exchange will ship within 3 to 4 business days after processing. Since there can be transit delays, please ship your return package immediately upon requesting an exchange.

If your exchange is canceled, you’ll receive a cancellation email. You may still return your order for a refund to your original form of payment.

Please note: Inventory moves quickly, especially during holidays and sale times, so we encourage you to place your online exchange sooner rather than later to avoid missing out.

International orders are not eligible for exchange. If the option to Exchange is not visible when you select returns, your item is not eligible for exchange.

Cards can't be replaced if they're lost or stolen, and once a scammer accesses card information, they typically spend the funds immediately.

Both e-gift cards and physical cards can be redeemed at ariat.com in the US only. E-gift cards are exclusively for online use at ariat.com. Neither e-gift cards nor physical cards can be used at retail partner locations.

Can I return my Ariat gift card for a refund?

All gift card purchases (e-gift and physical) are final sale.

When will I receive my Ariat e-gift card?

E-gift cards are typically emailed to the recipient within 6 hours. The delay is to reduce fraudulent purchases made with stolen credit cards.

Can I use alternate payment methods like Afterpay for e-gift cards?

E-gift cards can only be purchased using a credit card.

How many e-gift cards can I use in a transaction?

You can use up to 2 gift cards per transaction.

Can I use alternate payment methods if my gift card doesn't cover the full purchase price?

Yes, if your gift card doesn’t cover the full purchase price, you can use any accepted payment method to cover the difference.

Can I use a gift card to buy more gift cards?

Gift cards can only be used to purchase products, not to buy more gift cards.

What happens if I return an order purchased with a gift card?

If you return an order that was paid for with a gift card, we'll issue the refund to the email provided with the order. The refund will be in the form of a new gift card.
