How do I reset my account password?

If you have forgotten your account password, click here to go to the sign-in page and click "Forgot Password." You will be instructed to enter the email associated with your account. You should receive a reset password email within 30 minutes. If you have forgotten your ariat.com email or you continue to have trouble resetting your password, reach out to Customer Service for help.

If you no longer wish to participate in the Ariat Insider membership program click here and follow the steps below:

  1. In the “Select request type” field select “Remove me from Ariat Insider Program”
  2. You will then need to fill out all required fields
  3. In the “Request Details” field type “Remove me from Ariat Insider Program”
  4. Complete the reCAPTCHA at the end of the form
  5. Click “Submit” and we will then process your request to be removed from the Ariat Insider membership program

Please note that requests to opt out of the Ariat Insider membership program may take up to 30 days to become effective.

Where can I buy an Ariat gift card?

You can buy Ariat e-gift cards here. Fill out who you want to send the e-gift card to, the amount, and a message, and we will email the e-gift card to the recipient within 6 hours.

Who am I buying from?

You are purchasing a pre-loved Ariat product from another customer who has decided to sell it. You can see their name in the listing. They are responsible for packing and shipping the item to you. The Ariat Reboot team, powered by Archive, will answer any questions you have throughout this experience.

Can I buy an item if I don't live in the United States?

No. The Ariat Reboot service is not currently available to buyers anywhere outside of the continental US, Hawaii and Alaska. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to AA, AE or AP addresses.

What should I do when I receive my order?

Once you have received your order, please look it over carefully and ensure it is as described. If everything is ok, accept the order. If you have any concerns, please contact our Ariat Reboot customer support team on Archive within 3 days of delivery.

What happens if my item never arrives?

If your item does not ship within 6 full business days of purchase, you will have the option to cancel and receive a full refund. If your item never arrives, Archive will issue you a full refund. For example, if an item sells on a Thursday, the first full business day is the next day, Friday. Saturday and Sunday do not count then Mon-Fri are counted as the next 5 business days, after which you will have the opportunity to cancel.

What happens if my item is damaged?

If your item is damaged or in a different condition to how it was described in the listing, you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a refund. You can do this by contacting our Ariat Reboot customer support team here. Archive will ask you to explain the issue and send to send them a few photos. If Archive can verify that the item has been misrepresented, Archive will email you a shipping label to return it. You have 6 full business days to ship the item, after which you will receive a full refund.

Can I return an item?

All sales are final and returns are not accepted. However, you can always re-list the item for sale here. In the event that a seller has misrepresented the item you purchased, you will have 3 days after receiving the item to notify us of the issue and request a refund.

Is Ariat guaranteeing the quality of items sold on this site?

Ariat does not guarantee:

  • The existence, quality or authenticity of the items advertised
  • The truth or accuracy of sellers’ content or listings on the service
  • The ability of sellers to sell items through the service and ship items within required shipping windows However, your purchases are protected when you shop with Ariat Reboot. Archive will refund you if your item never ships or has been misrepresented by the seller.

How do you calculate sales tax?

State and local sales tax, when applicable, will be charged on items. Sales tax is calculated based on the type of item and the zip code of the buyer and seller.

What is BOA® ?

BOA® is a dial-based performance-fit system that ensures a precise, secure fit. BOA delivers dialed-in performance and a micro-adjustable, precision fit.

What parts of the BOA® Fit System are replaceable?

For the Pull-on boot: The dial.

For the Lace-up boot: The dial and the lace.

What do I do if the dial or lace breaks off?

For the Pull-on boot: If the dial needs to be replaced for safety reasons, contact us at 1-800-899-8141 and we'll send you a free repair kit.

For the Lace-up boot: If the dial pops off the boot, it can easily be snapped back into the base. If the dial or lace needs to be replaced for safety reasons, contact us at 1-800-899-8141 and we’ll send you a free repair kit.

If you are unable to do the repair yourself, you can exchange or return the entire boot.

What comes in the repair kit?

For Pull-on boot: A new dial and a small screwdriver.

For the Lace-up boot: A new dial, two sets of laces, two loop lock tools, and a small flat head screwdriver.

What is the repair process like?

Is there a special warranty for these boots?

How do I return my Workhog XT BOA® boots?

The return process is the same as for other Ariat products. Free returns apply to domestic purchases that you return within 90 days of purchase. To return one or more items from an order, simply enter your email address and order number here.

If you purchased them from a retailer, you must return your boots to the retailer.
