At Ariat we guarantee all our products to be free of defects and we firmly stand behind everything we offer our customers. Ariat’s guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear, product that has been damaged by misuse, neglect, accidents, modification, unauthorized repair, or failure to follow appropriate care instructions.

If your Ariat product has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you may return it for a replacement or refund following the specific guidelines below, provided that you have a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. If you do not have a copy of your receipt you may be requested to provide a photo ID as verification:

Purchases made at an Authorized Ariat Retailer

Should you have a defective item purchased at a local, authorized Ariat retailer, please return where the purchase was originally made. Your retailer can provide you with the most convenient and efficient service.

Purchases made at Ariat Brand Shops and Ariat Outlet Stores

A defective item purchased at one of our Ariat Brand Shops or Ariat Outlet stores, must be returned to the brand shop or outlet store where the purchase was originally made. Please contact your local Ariat Brand Shop or Outlet store for additional information and assistance.

Purchases made online at Ariat.com

Should you have a defective item purchased online at www.ariat.com, you may return the item within one year from the original date of purchase. Please submit a warranty return here.
