All orders ship and deliver during business days Monday - Friday (not Including Holidays).
Continental U.S.: UPS or/and FEDEX
Ground (8-12 business days): $0.00
Express Shipping(3-5 business days): $18.00
Alaska, Hawaii: USPS Priority
PO BOXES, APO, & FPO: UPS Surepost
Standard orders are shipped via UPS Ground/FEDEX GROUND anywhere in the Continental U.S. and typically arrive within 8-12 business days (Monday - Friday, not including holidays*).

How do I track the shipping status of my order?
There may be a delay in processing your order due to high order volume. Once processing is complete (2 to 4 business days) you will receive an email notifying you that your order has shipped and the email will include a tracking number. Standard shipping is 6-10 days plus an additional 2-4 days for processing.
Do you offer Express Shipping?
Due to the circumstances listed above we are currently unable to offer Express Shipping. When we are able to offer an expedited delivery of 3-5 days, you will see the Express Shipping option available on the shipping page during checkout; same day shipping cutoff for Express Shipping is 11 AM EST.
How long does it take for you to process my order before it ships?
After you submit your order, it takes 2 to 4 days for our warehouse team to prepare your order for shipping.
Will I get all of my products in a single package or do you ship each item separately?
Your order may ship from multiple locations. If this occurs, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number for each shipment. You will be charged only one shipping fee, if applicable.
Can I order online and pick up in store?
We don’t offer this capability yet however on our product detail pages we include a list of partner stores near you that carry Ariat products and may carry the item you’re interested in. Please call the local retailer for more information!
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, orders to Alaska and Hawaii destinations ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. USPS does not guarantee shipping timelines, but most Alaska and Hawaii orders normally take 15-30 business days, potentially longer. Ariat does not offer USPS Ground, as it cannot be tracked.!
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Yes, Ariat ships to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses via UPS Surepost. Please plan for 14 days to deliver via Surepost.
Can I change my shipping address after I’ve placed my order?
Once your order has been placed you will have 30 minutes to cancel your order via a link on the order confirmation page; if 30 minutes has passed we are not able to accommodate any changes to your order.
