Due to high order volumes and shipping delays with carriers your order may experience delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe. During this time service guarantee for all shipments has been suspended by UPS & FedEx. Please bear with us as we are taking all precautions to ensure the safety of our staff and customers while continuing to ship.

 

Orders placed after 12/12 with ground shipping, can not be guaranteed to arrive by the holidays. Express Shipping Options are currently not available.

 

Due to new safety and cleaning procedures at our warehouses, we may experience delays in processing and shipping your order. Your order may also be fulfilled from multiple locations and arrive separately, resulting in separate charges on your billing statement. Please note our shipping partners are also experiencing delays due to COVID 19. If your status says “Shipment ready for UPS/FedEx/USPS” you can expect updated tracking information within 3-5 days.

Standard orders are shipped via UPS Ground/FEDEX GROUND anywhere in the Continental U.S. and typically arrive within 8-12 business days (Monday - Friday, not including holidays*).

  1. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii destinations ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. USPS does not guarantee priority shipments, but most Alaska and Hawaii orders normally take 8-12 business days. Ariat does not offer USPS Ground, as it cannot be tracked.
  2. Ariat ships to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses via UPS Surepost.
  3. Your order may ship from multiple locations. If this occurs, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number for each shipment. You will be charged only 1 shipping fee.
  4. All orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification has been obtained. Sorry, but Ariat does not provide a “signature required” shipping option at this time.
