Ariat Campus Creator Program – Application Terms and Conditions

By submitting an application to the Ariat Campus Creator Program (“Program”), you
(“Applicant”) agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility. Applicants must be (a) at least eighteen (18) years old; and (b)
currently enrolled as a full-time or part-time student at an accredited U.S. college
or university.

2. Application Review. By submitting this application, Applicant authorizes Ariat
International, Inc. and its Affiliates (“Ariat”) to review Applicant’s application
materials, including Applicant’s name, likeness, social media handles, and any
content or links provided, solely for the purpose of evaluating Applicant’s
candidacy for the Program.

3. No Guarantee of Selection. Submission of an application does not guarantee
acceptance into the Program. Selection is at Ariat’s sole discretion. Ariat is under
no obligation to provide feedback on any application or to select any minimum
number of participants.

4. Application Content. Applicant represents that all information provided is
accurate and that any content or links submitted are Applicant’s own original
work or that Applicant has the right to share them. Applicant grants Ariat a limited,
non-exclusive, royalty-free license to view, store, and evaluate Applicant’s
application materials for program administration purposes only. This license does
not grant Ariat the right to publish, distribute, or repurpose Applicant’s application
materials.

5. Communications. By applying, Applicant consents to receive communications
from Ariat related to the Program. Applicant may opt out of non-Program
communications at any time.

6. NCAA Student-Athletes. If Applicant is a current NCAA student-athlete,
Applicant acknowledges that acceptance into the Program may require
compliance with applicable name, image, and likeness (“NIL”) rules of the NCAA,
Applicant’s athletic conference, and Applicant’s educational institution, including
any required disclosures or registrations. Applicant is solely responsible for
determining whether participation in the Program is consistent with applicable NIL
requirements prior to applying.

which is incorporated herein by reference.
