Ariat recently discovered that a small batch of the Ariat FR Solid Vent Work Shirt - Navy (material number 10019062) available for sale through Ariat retail partners or at ariat.com may be non-conforming and do not meet Ariat’s standards for its FR apparel. If you purchased one of these Navy Shirts, please contact us and we will send you a replacement shirt free of charge.
How to Identify Whether Your FR Shirt Should Be Replaced:
- You purchased your Ariat Navy FR Solid Vent Work Shirt from an Ariat Retail Partner or from ariat.com between March 10, 2023, and April 4, 2023
- Your shirt came from Material Number 10019062 and Manufacturing Batch 4500125316
Both the manufacturing batch and material numbers can be found on the lot label, sewn inside the garment.
If You Need a Replacement Shirt:
If you need a replacement shirt, please reach out to the Ariat Compliance Team at compliance@ariat.com. Ariat will provide you with a UPS label for you to return your existing shirt and will provide a refund or replace any returned item, at your preference.
