How you got started in your event: My dad rode bulls and we went to open rodeos when I was a kid– I started riding jr bulls when I was about 8 years old.

Tell us about your first bull ride: I had just turned 10 and had been riding jr bulls – it was the next step up and I took the challenge.

Name one fun fact that people don’t know about you: I’m a pretty good snowboarder
Favorite way to unwind outside of bull riding: I don’t really get to unwind during the season-during the week I work out at the Nike Michael Johnson Performance Center – it helps me to refocus before events. In the off season, I love to just go out to the country to get away, go hunting, and see family.
