Our Commitment to a Respectful and Harassment-Free Workplace

In compliance with the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023, we have implemented robust measures to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace and by third parties, including:

•    Third-Party Accountability: Vendors, contractors, and clients are expected to adhere to our policy, and all contracts include anti-harassment provisions.
•    Support for Employees: Employees who report harassment have access to counselling services and full protection against retaliation.
•    Timely Action: All complaints are investigated promptly and impartially, with appropriate action taken.
