Terms and Conditions

1. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
2. The competition excludes employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, any agencies involved with the promotion and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
3. Internet access required, no postal entries accepted.
4. Start date for receipt of entries is 08.04.2024 and closing date is 22.04.2024.
5. No purchase necessary.
6. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
7. Competition entries will only be accepted at www.ariat.com.
8. The winner will be contacted using the contact details supplied within the entry form. It is the winner's responsibility to notify the Promotors of any changes in contact information.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted during delivery to or from the Promoter, due to a computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or other reason whatsoever. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information supplied to the Promoter by the entrant.
10. Entrants consent to our use of your personal data for the purposes of administration of the draw and for Ariat to contact you by post, phone or e-mail with information which may be of interest to you. Information collected from entrants is subject to the Ariat privacy policy.
11. The prize includes a pair of entry tickets to Badminton Horse Trials (including parking for one vehicle) for each day of the event (08.05.2024-12.05.2024) and two Ariat stable jackets.
12. The prize does not include travel, accommodation or food/drink expenses.
13. There is no cash alternative. The prize cannot be sold, transferred, auctioned or used for commercial gain.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion without notice should the promotion be affected by circumstances outside the Promoters control.
15. To the fullest extent permissible by law the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the competition. The Promoter does not recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractual or other obligations of any third parties associated with the competition and shall not be liable for any fraud committed by any third party. The Promoter will not be liable for failure or delay in delivery or performance of their obligations under these terms and conditions in the event of any unforeseen cause beyond its control.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse an entry if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached any of the terms and conditions or has been fraudulent or contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
17. Instructions printed in hard copy or online form part of these terms and conditions.
18. The Promoters decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. You agree that if you are a winner, you will take part in and co-operate fully with reasonable publicity and to the use of your name, photograph and any comments in such publicity without any fee being payable.
