Ariat Europe work closely with logistics partners and will take all neccessary steps to ensure delivery times are adhered to.

During busy periods, when updates to our systems or force majeure events such as extreme weather conditions occur, deliveries may take a little longer. In any such event, we will update you and work hard to keep these temporary delays to a minimum.

CUSTOMS CHARGES

Please note that you may have to pay Customs Duty on goods sent if you are outside the United Kingdom. If you are unsure if this applies to you or would like more information, please check your government's advice regarding goods sent from abroad. Please note that customs charges are not refundable in case of a return.

DELIVERY TRACKING

RETURNS

Extended Holiday Returns

To help make your festive season shopping a little easier, we want you to buy with confidence knowing that items purchased online between 1st November 2025 and 31st December 2025, can be returned to us up until the 31st January 2026.

Please follow our normal returns process to return any unwanted gifts to us for a full refund.

You can return any unworn items within 30 days of placing your order for a full refund to the original payment method used. Please ensure our Returns Centre receives your order within 15 days from the day you requested the return, otherwise your refund may be refused. The return postage will be completely free of charge as long as you use the return label provided, please keep your proof of postage until the refund is fully settled. If you decide to use a different postage method to the one provided, you will be responsible for the shipping and any associated cost and risk of the return of the goods to us.
