Please note that you may have to pay Customs Duty on goods sent if you are outside the United Kingdom. If you are unsure if this applies to you or would like more information, please check your government's advice regarding goods sent from abroad. Please note that customs charges are not refundable in case of a return.

If you are a guest and do not have an account, you will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You can return any unworn items within 30 days of placing your order for a full refund to the original payment method used. Please ensure our Returns Centre receives your order within 15 days from the day you requested the return, otherwise your refund may be refused. The return postage will be completely free of charge as long as you use the return label provided, please keep your proof of postage until the refund is fully settled. If you decide to use a different postage method to the one provided, you will be responsible for the shipping and any associated cost and risk of the return of the goods to us.
