    I absolutely LOVE these boots! They are not too thick and clunky to ride in like other brands. They break in easily within 1 or 2 rides and they keep my feet toasty warm even with thin socks. I appreciate that they are completely waterproof as well so my feet stay dry walking through snow or doing barn chores. I can't say enough good things about these boots!

    CUSTOMS CHARGES
    Please note that you may have to pay Customs Duty on goods sent if you are outside the United Kingdom. If you are unsure if this applies to you or would like more information, please check your government's advice regarding goods sent from abroad. Please note that customs charges are not refundable in case of a return.
    DELIVERY TRACKING
    Please login to your account to view the status of your order and access your shipments tracking details. If you are a guest and do not have an account, you will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Alternatively, you can also use your order number and email address to check the status here.
    RETURNS
    You can return any unworn items within 30 days of placing your order for a full refund to the original payment method used. Please ensure our Returns Centre receives your order within 15 days from the day you requested the return, otherwise your refund may be refused. The return postage will be completely free of charge as long as you use the return label provided, please keep your proof of postage until the refund is fully settled. If you decide to use a different postage method to the one provided, you will be responsible for the shipping and any associated cost and risk of the return of the goods to us.
