Returns Policy

Our Return Policy is Simple.

You can return any unworn items within 30 days of placing your order for a full refund to the original payment method used. Please ensure our Returns Centre receives your order within 15 days from the day you requested the return, otherwise your refund may be refused. The return postage will be completely free of charge as long as you use the drop off return label provided, please keep your proof of postage until the refund is fully settled. If you decide to use a different postage method to the one provided, you will be responsible for the shipping and any associated cost and risk of the return of the goods to us. Please note that any orders returned via an alternative courier will cause a major delay in the refund process and we would not take any responsibility for orders not received by our warehouse. Ensure that all of the items you wish to return are in the original packaging with the swing tags attached.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate exchanges at this time so a new order will be required.

Extended Holiday Returns

To help make your festive season shopping a little easier, we want you to buy with confidence knowing that items purchased online between 1st November 2022 and 31st December 2022, can be returned to us up until the 31st January 2023.

Please follow our normal returns process to return any unwanted gifts to us for a full refund.
