What are the available shipping options on Ariat's website?

Within the EU we offer standard shipping €6 / 60 kr or Express shipping for €15 / 150 kr. For more information on shipping options please click here. 

 

What countries does Ariat ship to?

When can I expect my order? 

If you have selected standard shipping, expect your order within 5 working business days. If you have selected express delivery your order is expected within 3 working days. For more information on non-UK delivery lead times, click here. 

 

Does Ariat ship from the US to the UK or EU?

For all EU orders, we ship from our Netherlands distribution centre.

 

Are products on the US website available to purchase in the UK or EU?

Products that are only available on our US website are not available to be purchased and shipped to Europe. That being said, we are expanding our range all the time and products on the US site may be available on our UK and EU websites in the following seasons. It’s worth signing up to our emails to keep up to date with new product launches.

 

Tracking

 

How can I track the status of my order?

Please login to your account to view the status of your order and access your shipment's tracking details. If you are a guest and do not have an account, you will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Alternatively, hover over ‘Sign In’ and select ‘Order Status’ and use your order number and email address to check the status and track your order.

 

When will I receive my tracking information after placing an order?

Depending on the courier being used, you will receive either a text or email with further information. Some couriers will only send tracking information once your order has been dispatched or on the expected day of delivery.

 

Ordering And Payment

 

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

We are sorry that in most circumstances, it is not possible to make changes to your order or cancel it. Orders go very quickly into our fulfilment centre so that we can deliver them to you as soon as possible. You can return any unwanted items to us by following our returns instructions. 

Returns And Warranties


What is the process for returning items to Ariat? 

The return postage will be completely free of charge as long as you use the drop-off return label provided, please keep your proof of postage until the refund is fully settled. If you decide to use a different postage method to the one provided, you will be responsible for the shipping and any associated cost and risk of the return of the goods to us. Please note that any orders returned via an alternative courier will cause a major delay in the refund process and we will not take any responsibility for orders not received by our warehouse. Ensure that all of the items you wish to return are in the original packaging with the swing tags attached. Click here for our returns portal.

 

Is there a time limit for initiating a return?

You can return any unworn items within 30 days of placing your order for a full refund to the original payment method used. Please ensure our Returns Centre receives your order within 15 days from the day you requested the return, otherwise, your refund may be refused.

 

When am I going to get my refund?

Please allow 14 working days from the day we receive your return to be refunded.

 

Does Ariat offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate exchanges at this time. Please return your products in good condition to us and place a new order.

How can I get replacement insoles for my Ariat footwear?

Ariat currently offers a limited selection of replacement insoles for purchase. This includes the following technology collections: Nitro, Pro-Performance and All Day Cushioning; these are available for purchase here.

 

How should I care for my apparel products?

Look for the tag on the inside of your clothing for specific care instructions. We also have some care information here.

 

What are the recommended care instructions for footwear products?

Are there specific products for cleaning and maintaining Ariat items?

Size & Fit


How do I determine the right size for Ariat products?

The sizes displayed are dependent on the country you have selected through the country selector. For the United Kingdom: UK Size; All other European countries: EU Size.  

 

Where can I find size charts?

Size charts are available on product pages under ‘Size Guides’. This information can also be found here.

Our Truefit Size & Fit tool is a very helpful way of finding the best size for you, offering a comparison to other brand sizes. We also offer useful guides and how-tos within our Ariat Life articles.

How can I tell if my boots fit properly?

Remove the footbed from the boot and place your foot from heel to toe on the footbed. If you can place your thumb at the end of the toe area this should ensure a proper fit. This will mean that the boots are not too long but allow for enough slippage in the heel.

 

My western boots fit tight, should I return them?

If your western boots are a little tight fitting this is a common occurrence. Due to the nature of leather boots, it can take time to wear them in. For more information please read our blog on how to fit western boots; and how to stretch your cowboy boots.

Do boots look the exact same in person?

No yard of leather is the same. Due to being an animal product our leather western boots may sometimes look slightly different in colour compared to our website images.

 

What does stackable jeans mean?

Stack, for those of you who don't ride Western, relates to the length of your jeans. To have your jeans fit correctly when you're on your horse, they need to be overlong when you're not on your horse. What is the process for becoming an authorised Ariat retailer?

If you are interested in opening an account with Ariat please email the following information to info.ae@ariat.com: Contact Name, Contact Telephone Number, Company, Name, and Company Address. If you are an existing Ariat Retailer please contact customerservice.ae@ariat.com for any further support.

 

Unauthorised Websites 

If you've searched online for Ariat products, you may have come across sites that advertise counterfeit Ariat products. These sites may use the Ariat brand name and look similar to our main website, ariat.com, but they are illegal sites. Any Ariat products they sell will most likely be counterfeit and/or unauthorised for resale. If you think you have purchased counterfeit Ariat goods from an unauthorised retailer, please contact your payment provider.
