What is your Refer a Friend programme?

My Refer A Friend promotion code isn’t working? 

The free gift promotion can only be applied to full price orders over £150/€150 and does not apply to outlet products. The Friend or Referee should be a new customer to the Ariat Europe website. Please check the promotion code expiration date which can be found within the email you’ve received. To read the full terms please click here.

My friend placed an order, but I haven’t received my code.

There could be a few reason why you haven't received your promo code. We recommend checking that your friend didn't make the following mistakes:

• The friend didn't input their promo code or your name at checkout. If an order was placed without completing these actions our Refer A Friend programme partner has no way to confirm that an order was placed.
• The friend didn't place their order before their promo code expired. 

Additionally, you will not be able to receive the code as the Referrer if the system has deemed the purchase a self-referral. This means you cannot refer yourself to make a purchase as the "friend." As our program is hosted through a third party, we do have safeguards in place to prevent you from receiving the code intended for the friend in addition to the code intended for the referrer.
