Warranty
Every Ariat product comes with a 12 month warranty. Ariat guarantees all of its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Our 12 month warranty is valid from the date of purchase. We firmly stand behind everything we produce. This, however, is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear, nor does it apply to product that has been damaged through misuse, accident, modification, unauthorised repair or failure to follow care instructions which are available within the Ariat Life How-To's & Guides within this website. Please note that the warranty on a replacement product is valid from the original date of purchase, not the replacement date. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.
Ariat Recommendations:
To ensure your boots stay in the best possible condition it is recommended that you use the long shoe horn provided with our tall pull on boots.

Warranty on Ariat products purchased from European retailers (stores or online)
If you have a warranty issue with a product purchased through one of our retailers, contact the Ariat retailer where the product was purchased. Make sure to have your original receipt with you. Upon inspection from your Ariat authorised retailer, consumers may be offered a credit, replacement or repair depending on the defect.
