How do I return my two24 item?

Get organized

○ Return items should be unworn and still have their tags and original packaging. ○ You may return your order within 90 days from the receipt of order.

Request a return authorization

○ You must obtain a return authorization number (RA#) at https://www.ariat.com/order-status

Ship it back

○ You decide - you can either use our convenient UPS flat rate shipping label and the return shipping cost ($6) is deducted when your return credit is processed or you can choose to use your own carrier. ○ If you choose your own carrier, returns will be refused and sent back to the sender if there is no return authorization number on the box. Also, include a copy of your packing slip in your return. ○ Send returns to: ○ Two24 ○ 30750 San Clemente St. Hayward, CA 94544 ○ If it is not sent to the proper return location or sent COD, it will be refused.

What's next?

○ When product is returned, the credit card/gift card used to make the original purchase will be automatically refunded. For this reason, it is important to retain the credit card/gift card. Please allow 3 weeks from receipt at our warehouse for your return credit to be processed. ○ The prepaid shipping label (if you use our label) will be deducted at the time of the return credit. Note: Original shipping costs will not be reimbursed. ○ Two24.com does not allow exchanges at this time. A new order will be required.

○ At this time, you are unable to use our UPS flat rate shipping label. You’ll need to ship your return with the carrier of your choice. PURCHASES FROM A RETAILER

Can I return a product I bought from another retailer?

If you have purchased a product from one of our retailers (either in-store or online), you must return your product to the retailer. At this time, Two24.com is unable to process any returns for purchases that originated elsewhere.

Where can I find size charts?

Size charts are located on the Product Detail Page under “Size Chart,” and can also be found at https://www.ariat.com/size-charts.html

BOOT CARE

How do I care for my Two24 footwear?

Proper care of your boots and shoes is one of the best things you can do to prolong their life. We recommend the Cadillac and Kiwi brands. Please note, however, that some leather care products may alter the color of the leather and will smooth the nap of a nubuck or distressed leather. We recommend that you test a small portion of your boot or shoe, like the inner ankle area, before spraying your entire shoe.

Can I waterproof my Two24 boots and shoes?

You may enhance the level of water resistance in your Two24 footwear with waterproofing sprays offered by Kiwi or Scotchguard brands. Please review the product instructions before application. We would recommend that you test the spray on a small portion of your boot or shoe, like the inner ankle area, before spraying your entire shoe as some of these products may alter the color of the leather and will smooth the nap of a nubuck or distressed leather.

DESIGN IDEAS

How do I submit my idea to Two24?

Have an idea for a product, design or technology that you think Two24 should provide? Before reviewing any idea submissions from outside sources, Two24 requires a signed Idea Submission Policy Agreement. This agreement is designed to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding about the source of ideas for new products, or about the terms by which Two24 agrees to review idea submissions. For example, if an idea is submitted from one outside source, the idea may already have been developed by our internal design team or submitted by another outside source. Please review the Idea Submission Procedures (http://www.ariatcanvas.org/PressKit/Ideas.pdf), and fill out the following Submission Policy Agreement (http://www.ariatcanvas.org/PressKit/IdeaSubmission.pdf). Submissions without this agreement will be returned to the sender.

Does Two24 make custom footwear?

Unfortunately we do not offer custom-made footwear at this time. We are also unable to modify styles.

What is a seasonal item?

Our winter boots, and sandals are examples of seasonal items. We also manufacture limited edition styles which are considered "seasonal." These styles often re-appear with slight variations.

Why are some Two24 shoes made offshore?

We currently manufacture our product in several countries. All of our manufacturing facilities are held to the highest standards to ensure the utmost in quality.

Can’t find a product on the website?

All of the products in the current season’s line are shown here on our website, but you will not see past-season footwear. If you can’t find something on the site, try using the Search field, starting with a specific name or term. If your search does not return the right match (or any at all), it could be that we do not make that product or that it is not available for the season. If you can’t find a product on the site, we invite you to visit one of our retailer partners. Please note, not all stores carry all products, so we advise you call first. To locate a dealer in your area, search by zip code or state in our Retail Locator (http://www.ariat.com/retailers).

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
