Christmas Delivery:

Whilst we will do everything that we can to ship your order to you in time for Christmas, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive before Christmas. This is because there are factors outside of our control that may impact delivery. The below dates should be used as a guide only.

Europe Standard: Order before 13th December 2023 1pm

Europe Express: Order before 18th December 2023 1pm

We are pleased to confirm that we have a new distribution centre in The Netherlands and as such there will be no additional duties for shipping orders to almost all countries in Europe. We are also still offering free returns on all orders.

Please note that you may have to pay Customs Duty on goods sent if you are outside the European Union (EU). If you are unsure if this applies to you or would like more information, please check your government's advice regarding goods sent from abroad. Please note that customs charges are not refundable in case of a return.

Extended Holiday Returns
To help make your festive season shopping a little easier, we want you to buy with confidence knowing that items purchased online between 1st November 2023 and 31st December 2023, can be returned to us up until the 31st January 2024. Please follow our normal returns process to return any unwanted gifts to us for a full refund.

You can return any unworn items within 30 days of placing your order for a full refund to the original payment method used. Please ensure our Returns Centre receives your order within 15 days from the day you requested the return, otherwise your refund may be refused. The return postage will be completely free of charge as long as you use the return label provided, please keep your proof of postage until the refund is fully settled. If you decide to use a different postage method to the one provided, you will be responsible for the shipping and any associated cost and risk of the return of the goods to us.
