Ecommerce Coordinator

We are recruiting for an Ecommerce Coordinator with Ariat Europe Ltd to support the Ecommerce team to acquire customers, maintain the website and help deliver a first class experience for our website customers.

This is an exciting role for candidates who will, among other relevant tasks:
•    Ensure websites are operational, functioning in line with the business strategy and performance plan
•    Manage day-to-day back office running of the website
•    Build and maintain strong professional working relationships with website partners
•    Source and update content and work with translators to provide this content in the languages for our markets

The ideal candidate will:
•    Be degree or equivalent qualified.
•    Ideally have experience with SFCC, Campaign Monitor, Pixlee, Sage or Airtable (or have worked with similar service providers)
•    Possess strong organisational and problem solving skill
•    Have an excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages and in particular Excel
•    Have previous experience of working for an online retailer, ideally in the fashion, luxury, sports or outdoors industry

Technical Sales Representative

We are recruiting for a Technical Sales Representative with Ariat Europe Ltd to support events, conduct staff training and carry out visual merchandising to ensure our brand is always represented to the highest standards. Ideally home based and located centrally in the UK, this role will cover predominately UK but also assist across Europe.

This is an exciting role which will support the sales teams by:
•    Attending key events, shows and open days setting up Ariat merchandise and selling to consumers
•    Supporting key retailers by ensuring product training is completed
•    Implement high standards of visual merchandising in stores

The ideal candidate will:
•    Be degree or equivalent qualified.
•    Have 3+ years’ experience in either sales, training or visual merchandising.
•    Hold a full valid, clean UK driving licence.
•    Be proficient in Microsoft office, Excel and Powerpoint
•    Possess strong communication, organisational, team working and interpersonal skills with drive and a passion for our products

You must be prepared to travel extensively throughout the UK and Europe as required.

Area Managers – Hunting
Location: Based in Germany

We are currently recruiting two Area Managers – Hunting to focus on this key market for us and to drive our performance within the European business.

Key Accountabilities include:
- To support the development of a new channel opening strategy.
- To create a network of new accounts with key strategic partners
- To assisting the Territory Manager/VP Sales & Marketing to develop and execute the strategic plan for Key Accounts within the area
- To achieve and strive to exceed sales and margin targets
- To build 3 year joint business plans with all key accounts
- To provide support to retailers to maintain a strong and effective brand presence including appropriate in store merchandising and online presence
- To work with Marketing and E-commerce teams to create demand and develop the brand
- To develop and maintain strong working relationships with all internal Ariat personnel

The ideal candidate will be able to provide us with the following:
- 3+ years Sales experience
- Excellent skills including Communication , Interpersonal, Time management, Prioritisation, Organisation and planning, Teamwork, Analytical, Presentation, Customer Service
- Experience working with retail accounts and key accounts
- Good understanding of brand building and product marketing
- Country/Hunting knowledge and experience in Sports, Outdoor or Country ideally in the Shooting/Hunting market would be preferred
- Use of analytics to predict trends and develop marketing and merchandising activity
- Budget management
- Fluent in English
- IT Literacy including MS Office especially Excel
- Degree or equivalent of advantage
- Clean valid driving licence
