12 Month Warranty
Ariat guarantees all of its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Our 12 month warranty is valid from the date of purchase. We firmly stand behind everything we produce. This, however, is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear, nor does it apply to product that has been damaged through misuse, accident, modification, unauthorised repair or failure to follow care instructions which are available within the Ariat Life How-To’s & Guides within this website.
To ensure your boots stay in the best possible condition it is recommended that you use the long shoe horn provided with our tall pull on boots.
If you believe you have purchased a defective Ariat product from our website, www.ariat.com, please email email@example.com with the below information:
- Ariat.com order number
- Article number and article name
- Overall photo of product
- Photo of the Item inner style label (this should show a 8 digit style# 100xxxxx)
- A close-up photo of the fault
Please do not send your faulty item back to us. We will review your photographs and will reply to you shortly with a decision and further instructions.
If you have a warranty issue with a product purchased through one of our retailers, contact the Ariat retailer where the product was purchased. Make sure to have your original receipt with you. Upon inspection from your Ariat authorised retailer, consumers may be offered a credit, replacement or repair depending on the defect.
