Tell us about your first horse/pony:

My first pony was called Just for Fun and he bucked me off every time I got on him.

How did you get started in your discipline?

My grandfather started to event and he taught his children as well. I followed in their footsteps.

Mentor/idol when growing up?

All great event riders, Mark Todd, Michael Jung, William Fox-Pitt…

Proudest career moment?

Winning the World Cup in 2012 was my proudest career moment.

Why do you ride?

I like the sport and the new challenges that arise with the horses every day.

If you weren”t a professional rider, what would you be?

I don”t know.

Where is your favourite holiday destination?

The Maldives
