Due to an IT issue at our warehouse we are experiencing shipping delays of an extra 7-10 days for orders going to the EU. We’re really sorry for the inconvenience and are working hard to urgently fix this.
We are proud to offer free standard tracked delivery on orders over £100, 100 € or 1000 kr and free express tracked delivery on orders over £200, 200 € or 2000 kr. Not all delivery options are available to all countries so please see exclusions below.
Please Note: Our couriers deliver Monday – Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays. If you place your order after 1pm UK time on Friday, your order will be dispatched on Monday.
The cut off time for Express Delivery in the UK is 3pm.
We are currently not able to deliver to PO Boxes.

Ariat Europe work closely with logistics partners and will take all neccessary steps to ensure delivery times are adhered to.
During busy periods, when updates to our systems or force majeure events such as extreme weather conditions occur, deliveries may take a little longer. In any such event, we will update you and work hard to keep these temporary delays to a minimum.
CUSTOMS CHARGES (IF OUTSIDE EU)
Since the UK left the EU, we have naturally had lots of questions from European customers about what impact this has for them with regards to any customs charges. We are pleased to confirm that there will be no additional duties for shipping orders from our UK warehouse to countries in the Europe Union, but we have seen some delays in orders arriving due to customs procedures. We are still offering free returns on all orders, but as returns from Europe will now get consolidated in our European Returns warehouse in Belgium, it can take a bit longer for your return to reach our UK warehouse and thus, a bit longer for your funds to be refunded to your original payment method.
Anything posted or couriered to countries outside of the UK goes through customs to check it isn't banned or restricted and you pay the right tax and 'duty' (customs charges) on it. Please note that you may have to pay VAT, Customs Duty or Excise Duty on goods sent if you are outside the European Union(EU) before you can collect them. If you are unsure that this applies to you or would like more information, please check your government's advice regarding goods sent from abroad.

You can return any unworn items within 30 days of placing your order for a full refund to the original payment method used. Please ensure our Returns Centre receives your order within 15 days from the day you requested the return, otherwise your refund may be refused. The return postage will be completely free of charge as long as you use the return label provided, please keep your proof of postage until the refund is fully settled. If you decide to use a different postage method to the one provided, you will be responsible for the shipping and any associated cost and risk of the return of the goods to us.
