Social Media Executive

We are currently recruiting for an individual who will create, plan and execute the Ariat Europe social media and influencer strategy to build awareness of our products and create brand engagement.   You will analyse statistics to identify the success of campaigns and trends in terms of followers and engagement to ensure content is effective and engage with the Ecommerce team to ensure consistent timing of key stories/messages across all our platforms.

Working within the Marketing team you will have the following responsibilities:
•    Oversee the social media content process from overall planning, project briefing, execution and ensuring content adheres to brand guidelines at all times.
•    Plan and publish content across multiple platforms, as well as live publishing in reactive, fast-paced environments such as events.
•    Identify new tools and platforms as they become available, assess relevance for Ariat and react accordingly.
•    Be the key contact for our regular influencers and provide day-to-day support to these.
•    Work with our PR agency to approve brand right influencers across our channels and ensure product is sent to them as required.
•    Assist the sales team with best practices, social media reviews and ideas for key accounts to improve their activity around the brand.
•    Attend key events as required and create frequent, engaging event-based content for our social platforms to post throughout the event.
•    Produce a monthly social report to include highlights from our social platforms and influencers.
•    Produce regular reports and communicate results to teams to create transparency and visibility into the progression of the social media strategy.
•    Create detailed posting calendars and review with relevant parties each month prior to publishing content.
•    Development of regular influencer reports and evaluations.

In order to carry out this role you will bring to us:

•    A Marketing qualification or relevant experience in a similar role
•    Excellent knowledge of social media platforms from a B2C perspective, both paid and organic.
•    Strong communication skills.
•    Knowledge of influencer marketing.
•    A strong eye for imagery and photography to create suitable content for all platforms.

Customer Services Manager

We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated individual who has a passion for customer satisfaction and who has experience of managing a team of customer service professionals.

Successful candidates will be responsible for managing and delivering the strategic and business customer care objectives through day-to-day management of the Customer Service function. You will take overall responsibility for all aspects of the Customer Service team activities in order to improve business performance, introduce efficiencies and provide excellent customer care within the company values.

Responsibilities:

•    To work closely with the teams in Operations, Sales, US stakeholders and other business functions to produce the best customer experience for Ariat Europe customers.
•    To work closely with all stakeholders to consider and implement business efficiencies to improve the customer journey
•    To set KPIs for individuals within the customer service team and complete performance reviews
•    To develop procedures, policies and standards for the department
•    To analyse data and provide business information to determine operational effectiveness and areas for improvement
•    To build and retain long-lasting customer relationships through the implementation of relevant business plans
•    To work with the team to define personal development plans setting and achieving relevant goals
•    To take ownership of driving a customer-focused culture, ensuring an easy, positive shopping experience in a multi-channel environment
•    To be responsible for implementing relevant tools and processes for business improvement as well as identifying efficiencies to business processes
•    To utilise knowledge of customer insight to establish and maintain service agreements with relevant stakeholders
•    To share a customer care passion with your team
•    To utilise a strong understanding of the key principles of the shopping experience and customers' expectations to enhance and improve the Ariat customer journey

Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a team member who has a passion for customer satisfaction and who has experience working with high-end merchandise. Successful candidates will be responsible for achieving clear department goals and will excel in a fast-paced, multitasked and dynamic team environment. This is an opportunity for a results-driven candidate who can solve problems, drive internet sales and build a loyal customer following.

Responsibilities:

•    Reply to pre-order questions about product specification and availability via phone, email and other channels
•    Reply to consumer queries in a friendly, professional, timely and efficient manner at all times
•    Provide guidance across the online ordering process when required
•    Address and resolve post-order queries or actions regarding payment, shipping, stock allocation, invoicing and delivery
•    Process website returns and credits in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved and that process fluency is maintained at all stages
•    Utilise a variety of software programs to resolve customer queries and to manually complete orders when required
•    Perform daily fraud checks, highlighting any potentially fraudulent transactions and intervening where necessary
•    Perform daily order checks to ensure orders from the web are processing correctly into the back office systems and identify potential issues with inventory levels
•    Coordinate closely with the E-commerce and Customer Experience managers
•    Support colleagues as and when required
•    All other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

•    Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while maintaining standards in productivity, quality and service
•    Capacity to multi-task and shift focus as required, with an excellent sense of prioritisation and time-keeping
•    Must be organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with an aptitude for process optimisation
•    Strong interpersonal skills and articulate both in verbal and written communication
•    Proficient user of IT systems, including MS Office.
•    Ability to make sound decisions with a strong sense of urgency
•    Passion for providing exceptional customer service
•    A positive and team-oriented attitude
•    Previous customer service experience in the e-commerce industry will be considered advantageous
•    Ability to establish and build strong communication with other departments and customers
•    Fluency in any European language will be of great advantage

Area Manager – North Germany

We are currently recruiting an Area Manager in the North of Germany to focus on this key region for us and to drive our performance within the European business.

Key Accountabilities include:
• To work effectively with existing accounts
• To create a network of new accounts with key strategic partners
• To assist the VP Sales & Marketing to develop and execute the strategic plan for key accounts within the
area and to achieve, and strive to exceed, sales and margin targets
• To provide support to retailers to maintain a strong and effective brand presence including appropriate
in-store merchandising and online presence
• To observe the market and feedback to the business all brand relevant market developments
• To work closely with colleagues in Marketing and Product teams to create demand and develop the brand
• To develop and maintain strong working relationships with all internal Ariat personnel
• To grow the business across all our channels - Equestrian, Western, Country and Work & Safety.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide us with the following:
• Fluent English

Internal Sales Specialist

1 role for DACH (German speaker required) and 1 role for North Europe

37.5 hours per week

We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual to be responsible for achieving clear goals and who will excel in a fast-paced, innovative, multitasked and dynamic team environment.   

Job Purpose:
With a passion for customers, product and data the job holder will be an integral part of the sales team supporting small turnover accounts.  Building relationship with these retailers the aim is to maximise opportunity and ensure all sales targets are achieved by being their main point of contact and ensuring first class service to them.

Our requirements of you:
Work experience in a sales, product or retail role.

You will be degree qualified (or equivalent) and you will possess the following:

•    Strong phone presence and experience calling multiple customers per day
•    Commercially driven with a numeracy skill supported by the ability to interpret data.
•    Good understanding of weekly sales reporting and KPI’s
•    Excellent analytical & problem-solving
•    A confident communicator with great listening skills
•    Good written communication skills, able to document details and follow up.
•    Enthusiastic and pro-active with a sense of urgency and persistence.
•    Excellent working knowledge of order processing systems, online B2B, excel and power point.
