How you got started in your event:I started riding steers at age 9 at a rodeo school in Kansas.

Favorite Ariat Product: Favorite Ariat product are the Brown alligator boots

Proudest career moment: Proudest career moment was winning the Last Cowboy Standing at my 300th Built ford tough series event.

Tell us about your first bull ride: My first steer ride lasted anout 3 jumps and I didn’t remember a thing, it was all a blur!

You ride because: I ride because first I love it, and secondly the PBR has gave me everything. I met my fiancee, my best friends, seen the world and have been able to build our dream home eventually.

If you weren’t a professional rider, you would be a: If I wasnt a pro bull rider there is no telling what I would be doing, I started this career so young and gave it everything I had and never looked back.

Favorite mentor or idol growing up: growing up I looked up to my Dad Mike to show me how to carry myself and act win or lose. In the bull riding arena I looked up to Lane Frost, Jim Sharp, Michael Gaffney and Ty Murray.

Favorite place to travel: Of all my travels Australia ranks right up at the top, very beautiful and people have always been great to me. ( been 13 times )

Name one fun fact that people don’t know about you: One fact people may not know about me is I don’t drink soda of any kind. Water or Ice Tea for me.

Favorite way to unwind outside the barn: My favorite way to unwind after bull riding is being on the lake in the summer, a mountain in the winter, or just relaxing with Jen my fiancee on a dinner movie date night.

Good luck charm: my good luck charm is of course Jen, I always do better when she’s around, Last Cowboy Standing for example!
