Rated 5 out of 5 by from My wonder boots I have had my wonder boots for over 2 maybe nearly 3 years now and I have swear I have worn them almost everyday whether it be for work in the shop, on the yard or just kickin around. They are my ultimate boot I love them they go with everything and so functional and practical I can wear the riding or lifting feed and my feet are still happy after every day. Thanks ariat but please will u sell them in the UK it's just so much easier...but it won't stop me shipping them until u do!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Lucky Mistake I actually ordered these boots by mistake. I meant to order the FatBaby Originals. I wanted a sturdy boot for workingaround my ranch. But,afterwearing these around thehouse,I decided to keep'em. They are just as sturdy at the FatBaby Original but have a sole that's suitable for riding, which the Original does not. The first day I wore them outside, I had them on for 9 hours straight and they were SO COMFORTABLE I thought I had my old boot s on. Haven't ridden with them yet but I'm sure they'll be great. Back of heel extends out enough to hold your spurs. They're plain-looking compared to some of the other FatBabys, but for versatility and durability, you can't get a better boot for the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best boots i've ever owned. These are the most comfortable boots that I have owned in years. They are also very durable, I haven't been very easyon this pair, but a little TLC goes along way. Recently my town flooded, andI waswearingtheseboots during the sandbagging efforts. At one point I was standing in about 4 inches of water, and my feet were completely dry. The only reason my feet became wet, was the water continued to rise rapidly and finally became higher than my boots and filled the inside with water. A nice cleaning after the fact, and you'd never know these boots spent countless hours in water.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the leather work! They fit well - but I haven't worn them out of my house yet. I wish I would have done my homework better - the shaft height is only 8" andI'mtrying to decide ifI will returnthem and get a style with10"or not.Tough decision b/c the toe design is so cute and they feel great on.The size is good but they are a little bit bigger than a true size 8 - again, I should have done my homework and went to a store to try on a size 7.5 to compare.I would like to see Ariat offer a deal on the SAndH b/c I don't want to have to pay to ship these back then pay more SAndH to try out another pair.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love them! I absolutely LOVE these boots. I am an English rider and have a pair of Ariat paddock boots as well, but these are by far the best pair of riding/walking/whatever-the-heck-you-want-to-do footwear Ihaveeverowned. Ibought them because I work at a trail riding place and my boss raved about how awesome her Fatbabies were, and how her feet weren't fatigued after a 13 hour day of riding and walking. I was a little wary because I've always worn construction boots, but when the sole started to seperate on my pair of Dickies I decided to take the Ariat plunge. I couldn't be more pleased. I put them on and wore them for 16 hours the first day (trail riding, and then we went to a local fair; LOTS of walking) and I didn't get one blister and my feet didn't hurt one bit. The jarring pain (that happened in my feet) of jumping off a horse really fast also disappeared! I love them!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Stitching undone, poor quality I purchased these boots to replace a pair of Ariats I had for a couple years. After only a couple months of wear the stitching has come completelyundone onboth boots. They're only worn once or twice aweek.I've owned only Ariat brand for over 9 years and I'm so disappointed in the quality of these, they will be the last pair I'll own. I gave a 2 star rating because they are comfortable, but the workmanship is inexcusable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent boot After switching from English to Western, I decided to replace my worn-out boots and half-chaps with actual cowboy boots. Intending to get a plain Fatbaby boot that I could ride and do barn chores in, the retailer I visited brought the Saddle type out. I put them on and bought them immediately. Perfect fit; very snug with some wiggle room around the toes, gorgeous leather, and a great sole. I only wish the calf was a bit taller. Even non-horse people love them. All around great boots, I can wear them at the barn and in the city.
