Her artwork has intricate detailing matched with bright, lively color schemes, perfect for riders and rodeo fans on the cutting edge. Ariat discovered Quincy’s designs in 2009 at the National High School Rodeo finals in Farmington, New Mexico; her hand crafted artwork on her belt and horse’s tack clearly stood out from the crowd!
Quincy is a dean’s list sophomore at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, competing on the Cal Poly rodeo team. As a freshman, she qualified for the college national finals and is well on her way to do the same this year! In fact, recently, Quincy won the All Around Cowgirl at the 71st annual 2011 Poly Royal Rodeo where some of the toughest college athletes from all around the western US compete.
The Quincy Collection will be available later this summer in our Western retailers and boutiques throughout the country as well as on Ariat.com. The footwear collection will offer leather and rubber soled boots ranging from a wide square toe to a pointed snip toe. Her women’s boots have names like Holly Rose, Nevada Lily, Bronco Billie and Rodeo Rosita; and the men’s boots are called Lefty’s Luck. In addition to footwear, the collection will include several women’s tops as well as three belts, two for women and one for men.
