The inlay is a light cream, which makes this boot highly versatile. Having the Duratread bottom really helps to provide extra traction during the rainy season and the ATS technology keeps you comfortable all day! The fit of these boots is true to size in the footbed and the shaft of the boot gives you a little extra room for you to tuck your jeans in. Overall a GREAT boot! Kortney Greenville,SC	4 Love Them! 10/19/12 I love my boots! There extremely comfortable and they were worth the money. My only problem with them is that I have wide calves and they did not want to zip at first. I took some rubbing alcohol to the inside and basically stretched them until they would zip. Penny Fayetteville NC	3 If you are looking for a black boot, keep looking 09/28/12 I ordered this boot because it is depicted as a black boot with a white wash to give it an aged look hence the color - old west black and i am in need of a black boot. It unfortunatly looks nothing like the picture. To some people it looks like a gray boot, to others it looks like a really dark shade of brown, so that can make it difficult when trying to put an outfit together. it is still a nice, well made, comfortable boot. The cute scroll cutout inlay detail at the top of the boot keeps it from being plain. They are gorgeous, and the old west black is at once distressed black and brown due to the lighter brown contrast stitching. I will wear these with everything, but will be especially cute with my Onyx skinny jeans. I have 16" calves, and these fit. Yippeee!
