first pair. best boots! I'd not purchased crap kickers before but don't know now how I've gone without for this long. I had to return my first size 8 as it was too big but the Ariat return process was easy. It's been over a month since i started wearing my size 7.5 boots - in the winter & breakup months - in Alaska and they feel amazingly like they are made for my feet. THANK YOU ARIAT!!! I bought my first pair of Ariat's off Craigslist on the cheap, had them a year but never wore them. For the past 7 years, I have had debilitating pain in both feet and ankles due to arthritis. After dropping a bundle of cash to see a podiatrist and get an MRI, someone suggested i try Ariat Fatbaby's. Before I dropped any more cash at the podiatrist, I put those Craigslist boots on and immediately, my pain went away! I could not believe something as simple as a well made super supportive boot was all i needed! I immediately went out and bought a new pair at PFI in Springfield MO. I wear my Ariat's every day now. I have absolutely NO pain!!! I wear them till it's time to go to bed...Ariat boots improved my quality of life, I cannot say enough good things about this product and I'm driving everyone at work crazy with my raving...If you have arthritis you need Ariat. Also wanted a taller shaft but have big calves...the boots with scalloped tops are made for wider calves. Looks like I'll get a pair of these too...can't wait to get them!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE this boot!! These boots are wonderful!! I bought them last year around May and they still look just like knew!! (Except some manure here and there lol) I was so surprised at how comfortable the Heritages are. The first day I had them I wore them all day and the next month I wore them almost every day for 3 weeks and my feet never felt sore or any thing!! I will defiantly buy these boots again!! The perfect boots! I have these in black and they are literally the perfect boots. I am hoping to get them in Russet Rebel for my birthday and I plan on getting them in red one day, also. RED BOOTS Just bought a pair of the Western Heritage Red boots. LOVE LOVE LOVE them. Put them on the first time and went shopping and they were comfortable. I've been an Ariat woman for over 20 years And still wear my original red Ariats.. They've been re-soled/heels at least 8 times and are still comfortable but at 22 yrs of age, a little battered and so the new ones will be my go to town boots. No matter what style of boot I buy, it's always the same size. LOVE that the sizing is consistent.. Ariat is my favorite brand for boots and clog style shoes. Comfy Boots I love how comfortable this boot is. I was able to put it on the first day and make it all the way through without my feet hurting in my retail job. :) I ordered online. I finally got them in and they were to small. I called the customer service just to fully understand the exchange process. I didn't catch the guys name but he was super sweet. We got to talking and when I told him I was an army wife and that my husband is currently overseas he sent me a 25% off my next order via email. I never did receive the email with the promotion code. I think we must have typed in the email wrong. It's the thought that counts. The fact that people working with Ariat support our military means the world to me. My Favorite Everyday Boots! I've owned these Ariats for just over 2 years and can't say enough positive things about them! They required no wear-in time, they are comfortable and never make my feet hurt no matter how long I wear them. Love the soles I live in a rainy climate and these boots are the best for walking around on wet (and slimy) surfaces. No slipping with these! And they are extremely comfortable. I have multiple foot issues but these are boots I can wear. I hope they never go off the market and I wish they'd shoe up in some of the fun colors - like turquoise. I have the red. Exchange Accidentally clicked on the wrong size when ordering my daughters boot for Christmas, shipped them back on Dec. 26th. Called yesterday, Jan. 2nd to find out that you don't have an exchange policy and you still didn't credit my account. I was told that I would have to re-order the boot and if I wanted them before my daughter leaves for school I had to order them before I even received my "refund" even though I wanted an exchange. Best boots ever! My daughter attends Thacher School, where all the students learn to ride Western and are responsible for the daily care of their horse. Her first pair of Ariat boots have held up incredibly well, but her feet grew so she called home and specifically asked for another pair of Ariat boots. Worth the money! I had read the reviews on these boots and I knew they were what I had been looking for! My size is 7.5 or 8 depending on the brand, and many people were saying that the boot runs narrow, so I was unsure which size I should order. Last year I purchased my first pair of western boots ever, the Heritage Western RToe in black deertan, and I fell in love. Not a cowgirl These boots are brilliant, and I know shoes! They broke in extremely quickly. I've had them going on two years, worn them frequently and cared for them poorly, and they aren't showing a bit of wear. I've hiked in them, puddle jumped in them, gone out in them, and even actually ridden in them. Mine are red, and while I think they'll be gorgeous when they show some wear, the color is still vibrant. The best part? The price. One warning, I have narrow feet, and they fit perfectly, so try them on for width. From my first pair to my 7th pair, love them all! Purchased my 1st pair about 10 yrs. ago, these red deer tan. I still have them and they still look great! Although it did take a while to find the right shade of red polish to keep them that way. All 6 pair of my Ariat boots are comfortable and fit great. My first western boot It was a gift offered by my parents for christmas. Great for wide calves! These were one of the few pairs of boots that I tried on that actually fit my muscled dancer calves, and were by far the most comfortable. Favorite boots! I love these boots. I already had a pair of these boots in black deertan, and wanted red ones. They fit snugly at first, but after a couple of days they were broken in and felt as if I had been wearing them for months. The red color is subtle, not garish, and the leather is supple. Red looks great with blue or black denim. People notice these red boots and I've already heard compliments. I'm wearing them with lightly cushioned socks. These boots are so comfy that if it weren't for the heels, I might mistake them for slippers!
