Returns on Purchases From Retailers
If you have purchased a product from one of our retail partners (store or online), you must return to the retailer for returns and exchanges. We cannot process returns or exchanges at Ariat.com that originated elsewhere.

Returns will be refused and sent back to the sender if:
- There is no Returns Authorization number on the box
- It is not sent to the proper return location or send COD
- Purchase is outside the 30 day return window
- Product was not purchased from Ariat.com
- Please allow 3 weeks from receipt at our warehouse for your return credit to be processed
- Prepaid shipping label (if you use our label) will be deducted at the time of the return credit.
