Returns on Purchases From Retailers
If you have purchased a product from one of our retail partners (store or online), you must return to the retailer for returns and exchanges. We cannot process returns or exchanges at Ariat.com that originated elsewhere.

Unauthorized Returns
Returns will be refused and sent back to the sender if:
- There is no Returns Authorization number on the box
- It is not sent to the proper return location or send COD
- Purchase is outside the 30 day return window
- Product was not purchased from Ariat.com
Returns Processing
- Please allow 3 weeks from receipt at our warehouse for your return credit to be processed
- Prepaid shipping label (if you use our label) will be deducted at the time of the return credit.

Exchanges on Purchases From Ariat.com
You can exchange any item(s) on an order within 30 days of the receipt of your order. Return shipping on an exchange is free, as long as a purchase of equal, or greater value is made within 30 days.
Exchange Guidelines
- Complete your exchange at the time of your return.
- An exchange order must be the same as or larger than the original order.
- Expedited shipping charges for exchanges are not reimbursed. Shipping charges for your original and new order will not be reimbursed.
- Items on the same order may be returned/exchanged separately, within 30 days of receipt of order.
