Grace west chester	4 great boot but.. 04/01/13 the monaco tall boots are gorgeous. they are comfy and beautiful to look at. but, I would not suggest riding in these boots for schooling. these are strictly a show boot. the zipper busts and the leather will not hold up. Eva	4 Special Events Only 02/22/13 First, the good. ------------- They are beyond beautiful. The leather is buttery smooth, yet doesn't wrinkle or bunch up when you ride. The fit is superb, particularly for my skinny calves and wide feet, which is impossible to fit in most brands besides Ariat. The cut is wonderful and flattering. -------------------------- Now the bad. ----------------- These boots are very delicate. If you want to use them for everday schooling, you can forget about it because they will fly apart if you so much as look at them too harshly. They will not stand up to excessive mud, rough-riding, or months of daily work. ------------------------ BUT. They are well worth it still, for the rated or serious competitor. I wear mine only to competition and they perform wonderfully for that. They create a beautiful, polished look for the show ring, hunter or show jumper. They've held up for over a year with good care and judicious use and I expect they'll come through another few years too! Lea Berlin, Germany	1 No. 09/08/12 These shredded right off my feet due to horse sweat at my Junior Rider's Test. As soon as I dismounted, they were so ridiculously baggy that I had to dispose of them. I wear both the Volants and Crowne Field Zip Pro for schooling; whilst Königs are worn exclusively for showing. Denise Dallas, TX	4 Beautiful but fragile 07/11/12 Excellent fit, beautiful boot, but extremely fragile. My boot got moist from the horse sweat and the claf region stretched too much after that and now they don't fit as well (It looks kind of 'baggy' around the leg now). I would highly recommend you watch the "care for" video for the boot. I'm disappointed the boot did not come with more clear instructions or guidelines on how to care for the boot (at the store and in the box). Keep your receipt and follow proper care instructions as I think there may be a warranty. The place that sold me the boot says that the warranty is voided if you clean with anything other than the polish specifically for the boot. I'm going to see if they can exchange my boots. They are beautiful and soft. They needed no time to be broken in. They fit like a glove from the beginning, and they look amazing! Kavita Houston, TX	2 Beautiful, but broke after first ride 04/25/12 I fell in love with these as soon as I put them on! I rode in them and had no problem with breaking them in, or them being uncomfortable, etc. However, as soon as I got off the horse (first time I had ridden in them), they had ripped on the inside seam. They are extremely comfortable, take no time to break in and make my leg look great for equitation and medal classes. I highly recommend to all! Kelly	5 Incredible Boots! 05/08/11 Broke in instantly-wore them around the house a bit then rode in them the first week. They're like butter and make my leg look super slim. I can't say enough great things about these boots.
Kris Moriarty	3 Show boots only 04/06/11 Gorgeous, super-comfortablel boots, but leather is far too fragile for everyday use. Would be absolutely perfect if the leather was thicker; the cut and styling is perfect. My friend wore holes in hers within 6 months when she wore them daily (she only has one horse, so that's about 120 rides) so...these are show boots only.
