These boots are great. I bought them for my boyfriend and he loves them. They are water proof, tough, and don't wear out too fast. They are also light weight and flexible!

Great boots, comfortable and durable. Great looking. Water proof as advertised. For me the size runs a little small and the width EE is still a little tight. The boots do break-in a little, but I'd think about orderinga 1/2 size larger and wider.

My first pair has lasted at least five years. I tend to use these boots from fall thru the winter. The old ones are just starting to wear out on the sides and the tread is getting smooth. The replacement pair just arrived and they've apparently improved the waterproofing. My feet are smallish and tend to be a little delicate. The Terrains were comfortable from the very first time I tried them. I once stood for better than eight hours continuously in the mud at an outdoor festival and my feet were dry, warm and fatigue-free afterward.

These shoes are the greatest, I have such a hard time finding shoes that fit great and wear well,these do both along with keeping my feet warm and dry. Love them.

These are the best footwear I've ever purchased. I absolutely love them. After reading some other reviews, I ordered a 6.5 (I usually wear a 7 or 7.5). They fit like a glove, and required no break in. I've worn them every single day for 6+ hours since I got them 2 months ago, and they haven't let me down! They even still look brand new. My feet used to hurt constantly with past boots, but these are so comfy!!! They are lovely for riding as well. Narrow and elegant enough to fit in a stirrup, and they look pretty good under some half chaps. I will absolutely buy another pair.

Bought the boots in July and developed a leak after 5 months wear. No longer waterproof. Pais a lot for such a poor performing boot.

Having Ariat International warehouse in town makes it convenient and speedy. Plus: a shoe that is well built and a wide size that is actually as it is advertized!

This the the most comfortable work boot I have ever worn. They are lite, with a great cushion inside. I once stepped out of an attic onto a nice concrete floor and thought, man this floor feels nice, then I realized it was not the floor. I have purchased 4 pairs of these shoes and will buy more.

I wear a ladies size 12 (B width) and have been having a very difficult time finding footwear for riding and working with horses. These are great! They are literally as comfortable as my New Balance cross trainers. Will have to wear a thicker sock since the men's D width is wider than a ladies B but it's worth it.



I just wish Ariat would carry ladies sizes larger than an 11. I plan on purchasing paddock boots next year and would rather get them in a women's size than a men's.

My daughter is a Vet and I ordered an 11 womens (clearly a challenge finding boots that fit) and a 9.5 mens. Both came and both worked! She was going to Africa as a trip leader with World Vets and I wanted her to have great boots for the trip! I also have them and love them!

I have been buying these exact boots for about 9 years. When I first started buying these boots they would last me about a year now they are coming apart in the crease where my feet bend near the base of my big toe, the last pair I bought started almost as soon as they were put into use. I have one leg shorter than the other due to an accident and need a good support type boot. The orthodontic lift I have to have put on the left boot costs about 75 dollars each time, that is why I try to buy a good quality boot that will last.

I recommend this riding boots. They are soft, fit well, and are light. I use them every weekend and help me better with the horse leg aids.

Great comfortable boots for riding and walking in all weathers.

The downside is that the plastic toe guard always splits with age and then lets in water.

Would be better with a leather toe guard.

I drive for UPS so I need a boot that can handle the ups and downs of delivery work. I had been a redwing boot man for 16 years until I found a pair of these at a local Rural King. At a much lower price than the redwings I was very sceptical if they would hold up under the daily abuse.Iam very pleased with the boot , I'll be buying my 3rd pair in the next month to get ready for the christmas season.

I've waited to write my review because I wanted to make sure these shoes broke in and held up. I do a ton of walking. These are truly the best walking/hiking/casual shoes I've ever purchased. There was NO break on period. Comfortable from day one. They look great and have held up wonderfully. The perfect shoe for me! Period.

I BOUGHT A PAIR OF THIS BOOTS ABOUT 2 1/2 YEARS AGO AND THEY ARE COMING APART AT THE TOE. ALSO SUSPOSE TO BE WATERPROOF, SENT ONE PAIR BACK AND GOT ANOTHER, THAY LEAK ALSO. I LIVE IN EASTERN VA. AND WE HAVE DEW AND WHEN WALKING IN IT YUR TOES STILL GET WET.

I bought a pair of these a/b a year and a half ago and now plan on buying another pair. They keep my feet warm and dry and I live in the Pac NW where there is moss on trees!!! I buy the men's since it gives me more room in the toe. They've held up really esp since I wear them so often!

When you say waterproof, I expect waterproof. First time worn on a one hour ride in the rain proved otherwise. Soaked through out. I was very disappointed. Purchased 9/25/10

I love these boots ! I've have worn them for two years. I have went through three pairs . They keep my feet warm and dry in the winter yet are still lighetbenogh tom wear year round. I would likento be able to replace the inserts. Could you let me know If uncoils order some. Thank You!

I love love these boots! I wear them every day, I have had them for about 6 months. i dig, push mow,clean stalls and stand all day long. My boss, veterinarian, told me today," boy those boots still look good, they don't show any ware".

Have worn this boot for almost a year. I love it. It is waterproof and very comfortable. Has held up to daily wear very well. Will buy again

Are these boots oil & slip resistant?

Hi Angie, these boots are slip resistant. They utilize a Duratread sole, which provides excellent protection.

This is a wonderful boot. My husband wants a pair ... but needs a size 11 with an EE width. Why don't you carry this?!?
